Automated Reach Truck (ART)

The Automated Reach Truck (ART) is a multipurpose solution designed to lift up to 1600 kg in aisles with free space as narrow as 2.85 m and well-suited to large warehousing operations.With several models available, we can offer solutions tailored to customer needs. New and innovative software and sensor technologies considerably increase load-handling speed, and the 10 m lifting capacity and agile turning radius aim to fulfil the requirements of the most common warehouses and make ART a great companion for other workers and vehicles in the facility.Designed to meet the ISO 3691-4 safety standard requirements and in line with the rest of our offering, ART features several safety features, including safety scanners and residual load monitoring. Safety is complemented by fluency-enhancing accessories, such as the Proximity Detection System (PDS), which improves the coexistence of AGVs, lift trucks, and people in a shared warehouse environment.The unique safety installation creates a dynamic field in the moving direction, which allows the vehicle to turn faster. The residual load monitoring constantly monitors speed, load weight, height, and reach position.During load handling, collision detection ensures the operation is performed efficiently.ART is the winner of the Red Dot Design Award 2025.

Conveyor AWT

The Rocla Conveyor AWT AGV is excellent for expanding the functionality of conveyor systems. It operates as an unfixed conveyor that can serve several fixed conveyors and keeps materials flowing. This keeps areas open for forklift and human traffic. The AGV system also leaves the floor space open for easy cleaning and maintenance.Being unfixed allows a flexible application where needed. A fleet of AGVs provides redundancy, making the overall system more resilient to failures. While a conveyor system failure usually suspends all material movement in the process, with the AGV system, the material keeps moving even if one vehicle is non-operational. The AGV system also leaves the floor space open for easy cleaning and maintenance.This Rocla AGV is flexible, with a variable transfer height as well as the vertical conveyor functionality available as options.The Conveyor AWT meets the ISO 3691-4 safety standard requirement. Counterbalance AWT

The Counterbalance Automated Warehouse Truck is perfect when your facility needs to use storage floor space optimally, or when your pallet transportation or warehouse calls for push-back and drive-in racks. It is a suitable AGV in a wide range of applications, given its lifting height of up to 8.4 m and permitted loads of up to 2,500 kg. This vehicle is compatible with drive-in racks and suitable for push-back racks. It is also an ideal solution for gravity-flow racks. Due to its structure, the Counterbalance AWT is optimal in applications where support legs, otherwise known as straddle options, cannot be used.The Counterbalance AWT meets the ISO 3691-4 safety standard requirement. It has comprehensive safety features like 360° safety fields and side clearance monitoring. By signalling its status with lights and sound, this AGV makes the warehouse work safer and more efficient. Very Narrow Aisle AWT

The Very Narrow Aisle Automated Warehouse Truck (VNA AWT) is an ideal solution for large warehousing operations where optimising storage space is crucial.In line with the rest of our offering, Rocla VNA is equipped with several safety features compliant with the ISO 3691-4 safety standard, including safety scanners and a dynamic stability control system. Safety is further enhanced with fluency-boosting accessories like the Proximity Detection System (PDS), which improves the interaction between AGVs, lift trucks, and people in a shared warehouse environment.It is intended for pallet handling and storage applications in pallet racking with very narrow aisles. The vehicle is specially designed for good performance in high-lifting environments, as it can operate in aisles as narrow as 1.6 m, handle loads up to 1200 kg, and has a lifting capacity of up to 12.75 m. Straddle AWT

The Straddle AWT is a simple but very capable AGV. It's suitable for handling pallets and customer-specific loads in the distribution and manufacturing sector and in all industries that handle pallets and have related transportation needs.This Rocla AGV is capable of load-on-load operation and deep-stacking pallets with stable loads. Its high lifting capacity and support structure are well-suited for both conveyor handling and high lifting. It works well across different applications and offers an appealing price-to-performance ratio.The Straddle AWT meets the ISO 3691-4 safety standard requirement. Automated Compact Truck (ACT)

The Automated Compact Truck (ACT) is ideal for heavy-duty lifting in narrow spaces. With a strong hydraulic unit, ACT can lift heavy loads up to 6 m in aisles as narrow as 2.6 m. ACT is developed with optimal automation in mind. This means harmonious interaction between AGVs and manual operations, with all systems seamlessly communicating and sharing tasks.The vehicle's touchscreen is highly responsive, with fast haptics and excellent visibility from different angles. With instructive colour-coded information, the information is conveyed quickly and clearly. LED fins on both sides of the vehicle serve as turn signals and indicate the state of ACT from a distance, improving communication with warehouse personnel.ACT meets the ISO 3691-4 safety standard requirement. It has comprehensive safety features like 360° safety fields and side clearance monitoring. By signalling its status with lights and sound, ACT makes the warehouse work safer and more efficient.
